It's just the beginning, but its a good one..

Well, it is only 8:30am, but I have already started my day off well. I had a good breakfast, yogurt and granola, and remembered to take my vitamins! A few minutes ago I also finished the first 10 min workout of the 28 day boot camp workouts.
Those 10 minutes were harder than I thought they would be! I got a little light headed, but it was because I forgot to use my inhalor before starting. Whoops! Anyways, I hope one thing I am able to notice is that throughout this programs, I hope I can see improvement with the workouts.
Now, I have to get off of here... Anatomy & Physiology awaits me! Yippee! :/
I am going to my dads later for a birthday dinner, and I think that's making me a little nervous. My dad and two sisters have been skinny their whole life even though they eat just like I do. Lucky me, I have never been skinny. I just hope I keep a good portion controlled meal.
Afterwards, I am going to the gym to finish my exercising for the day! Since I have a full day of A&P tomorrow, I need to make it to the gym today since I will probably do at home things tomorrow evening.
I hope this day, and many others continue to go well! I really need to feel success in this right now. I think if I can loose the weight, eat healthier, and get into shape, I would feel alot better about myself and ultimately be happy again.
I haven't felt very happy or satisfied in a while, and I need to feel that again, hopefully start feeling it within the next few weeks!
