Just curious to see if anyone has tried either one of those and has successfully lost weight.
On a personal note figured out why I have been so tired lately. I'm anemic and have not gotten my treatment in about oh 6 months. So on top of being depressed I actually had a medical reason. So I'm topped off now
& ready to see if I can get this fluffy butt back on track again. Sigh.
Exercise has become my stumbling block. I really like the strength exercises but I can't seem to get it in gear.
