For All the World to See

So I made the decision to make my food and exercise trackers available for other Spark members to see. I think I fool myself into thinking I eat healthier than I actually do, and knowing that anyone can check in on my eating may inspire me to make better choices. Exercise I've been doing fine with, so this is more about being accountable for what I eat. Feel free to check it out and comment! I know I've slipped up the last several days. But it's about making better choices going forward. I can do this! :)

    haha unfortunately, keeping my eating and exercising logs public don't seem to be doing anything for me at the moment. i feel like no one checks up on me anyway, so there's no embarrassment factor, when there really should be!!
