OH OH !! I nearly fell back into it.

I weighed last week after I had had a week of feeling and being better and had lost 2lbs emoticon of course I was delighted and I had a baseline to resume my instinctive eating from.
Sooooo I weighed again this week and had remained the same, well I am streaming with a cold and hacking up a lung so I wasn't upset with that, I'll do better next week I thought.

THEN IT STRUCK ME emoticon without concious thought I was slipping back into the dreaded weekly weigh ins, back into the weekly torture session, the weekly ooh I lost weight this week I can have "treats" today, the diet is always on my mind mentally thing, uh oh no way, no way am I going back there.

So the next weigh in is the 17th March.

    I'll do an Irish Jig on St. Patrick's Day then when you will have lost weight!

Pay attention to all the positives besides the number on the scale. I'll take looser pants and rings over a weight figure any day! I had my own scale let-down this week and I'm not planning to weigh again until I'm comfortably in the next lower pant size - which is hopefully just a couple of weeks away!
