Seems like I haven't been drinking as much water as I had been. I'm not entirely sure why, as it's pretty much the only thing I drink anymore. (That and iced tea, I gave up soda and sugared drinks in October). I think I need to go back to buying (or refilling) my two large bottles of water. I know when those are gone, I've gotten my minimum water in for the day and can always add to it.

    Water is so important. As I'm learning to increase my intake ( nutritionist told me 8 cups just wasn't enough). I have those 20 ounce bottles, so I will have one on the way to work, then mid morning, one midafternoon & post supper, of course that's in addition to my meals. I found if I use the 20 ounce bottle rather than a regular 8 or 10 ounce cup I will end up drinking more water that way.

    Thats what works for me....filling my two bottles first thing in the morning. Sometimes I end up drinking 3 bottles.

    If I don't fill my bottles in the morning I don't get my water in give it a try is does work!!

    I fill my water bottles in the morning and leave them on the counter and just drink from them throughout the day, if I go out I take a bottle with me.
Water is the only thing I mostly drink also

    I drink a lot of water. sometimes I think I am getting too much. I too quit drink soda along time ago. water is all I drink. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    good plan I am fine at work , finish one coffee, one very large icetea nosugar, and one or more water bottles . then more water when i get home on the weekends i am not so good .I should walk around with the water bottle too but for some reason I dont . Your idea spured me on to be better next weekend emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

2 glasses when waking up- this helps to activate internal organs

1 glass 30 minutes before each meal- helps with digestion

1 glass before a bath-helps to lower blood pressure (this was new to me)

1 glass before bed- helps to avoid stroke or heart attack (this was new to me, also)
