Since I majorly struggled with motivation last week I decided to make some weekly goals in order to start this week off right!
1. Drink Water! As much as I can! Nothing else besides two cups of coffee!
2. Gym - 4x this week....30 min cardio with 20 min weights!
3. Track Everything that goes in my mouth!
4. Stay within my calorie range and on the lower side!
5. Get 7-8 hrs of sleep EVERY night!
I am hoping to be down the 2 pounds I was up by weigh in on Saturday and be below 200 by my daughter 's birthday on the 27th! I CAN do this!
