Went over my calorie goal. But at least I exercised tonight. I just hope that I am going in the right direction with my weight loss journey. Kinda afraid to weigh in tomorrow. Last week, I had actually gained most of the weight back that I had lost. Thinking of working out before I weigh myself tomorrow. I know that I have to get my eating habits in order otherwise I won't be losing any weight. At least I am getting the water thing down. I got in about 5 glasses today. I had a 20 oz bottle of water before bed this morning and I just finished another one.
