Today is day 77 that I've been logging in to SparkPeople & tracking everything I eat & drink.
I feel serene when I go to bed, knowing I ate healthy.
I'm able to make smarter, healthier choices when shopping. I am now a label reader.
I love the Nutrition counter- I don't know how I lived without it!
I am learning about calorie limitations & my protein limits. No more eating as much as want or when I want.
I've never been a schedule keeper, but I'm changing for the better day by day. Soon I'll be blogging about my schedule & routine!
