I have never so looked forward to a dr appt as I m this one for Wednesday. it will b the first time since October that I've seen a dr. I have been working on my list. As I do my list I have had to realize how far backwards I've went. The first 2 mths here I moved forward so quickly but now I went over half way back.
But I m trying not to get to depressed about it. I m not sleeping but about 2 hrs @ time. There are lots of ups n downs during the night. and now I m laying down during the day for a few hrs.
So I will continue napping when I can just to get a little extra sleep. Weird thing is that I m still laying down around the same time every night.

Well gonna try to get some rest now as the rest of the house is sleeping - its my favorite time here cause I dont have to deal with anything or anyone.

    What a sweet picture! :) Did you ever fight taking a nap when you were a child? I sure did, and now I wonder sometimes..."what the heck was I thinking?" LOL! I find a good nap in the afternoon refreshes me when I can get it. :) Sleep plays a big role in losing the weight. Hang in there, we all go "back" at times, but we also go forward and you will! Love you! HUGS!
