Day One

Well the day is coming to an end.
I did fairly well with my emoticon I drank 5 glasses. It was in a shorter time then I would have liked. Tomorrow I am going to focus on drinking more through out the day. I took a short walk to the grocery store. This in it self was an accomplishment. Usually when I need something from the store I send the teenager emoticon Just one day of tracking was very enlightening. I do not eat enough calories and carbs during the day, however my fat content was out of this world. Strategy for tomorrow? I am going to eat every two hours. I am only going to drink water as a beverage tomorrow and I am going to pack my lunch. Tomorrow is a work day for me. Work days are not good for me. I eat out of our cafe most the time and it is usually pizza and chicken strips. I drink soda from the fountain all day. Not only is it reeking havoc on my diet but my pocket book also. Wish me luck!
