All of our plans changed today. I ended up watching six kids by myself but it was great! It was a beautiful day and we spent most of the day outside. I walked and watched them play and had my 15,000 steps in before dinner! I could have probably made it 20,000 but I was looking forward to some down time. I still didn't eat as healthy but I didn't have any quick healthy snacks planned so I went for the easy stuff but still did well on calories.
