Valentine's Day and my wonderful husband were extra good to me this year. I received a Wii. I have taken up boxing! I love it! I am committing to working out, in any form, for at least 10 minutes a day EVERY day.
While I had been aiming for longer workouts 3-4 times a week, I find that I am feeling intimidated and not following through on my goal. I am going to build from the ground up, establishing my confidence and fun. I keep reminding myself: this is about a lifestyle change. I am on it!
