Been a really busy week. Went back to work. I walk between 10,000 and 15,000 steps a day. I got sick at the beginning of the week. That has been a tiny setback. The good news is that my weight is back in check. I am down to 131. Woohoo!
Finished Week 2 Day 2 of 5k Your Way. I feel like it is starting to get easier. How awesome is that? Now I just need to work on staying focused and nothing will be able to hold me down.
