It was a nice Saturday -- nothing on the schedule except my group workout session. We worked on the upper body and abs. My arms were rubbery (and still a little bit that way) when we were finished. My PT upped the weights on a couple of exercises.
One thing with this nutrition plan has me eating more vegetables.
Daily Goals:
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes.
