No candy

This is the third day of no candy. I white knuckled it last night at work. This is a habit I have developed over the holidays. I would start my route with some M&M's, or some other candy. My reasoning is "it's for the energy." I have get some rice cakes, like I did when I lost 50 lbs. Tonight, I might take a stalk of celery with a little peanut butter on it. I will cut it into bite size pieces and take a plastic fork.....I will let you know how that goes. I think this just might work. Blogging my progress is helping, so this might become a little boring to read. Sorry! ;)

    Not boring at all. I know how much blogging helps, so keep it up!

    Peanut butter and celery is very yum. I could totally see how that would help.

    Also, berries, are my friend when it comes for needing sweet stuff. Good luck.

    ... or try eating it with chopsticks! I find I'm so hopeless with chopsticks it slows me down to at least a third of my normal rate of eating and I get full before I finish.
