The last blog entry was about 6 months ago.
What's different this time:
1. There was a real change in my energy level - and it is time to take control of the situation.
2. They've started a wellness program at work that includes a gym membership for us all. About half of my work mates are taking part. This is a great opportunity to connect with them a bit more as well as work exercise into my day.
I've been easing in over the last three weeks and I'm already reaping benefits. Subtile ones, but still...
It never ceases to amaze me how drinking 8 glasses of water/day improves how I feel.
My mood is better because I'm taking care of myself.
My jeans are not quite so tight.
