OK yeah Boston accent is in full gear lol and well my Jersey one would definitely be heard too. How you do this video on your phone? Anyway Girl Jeisa you have come a long way as have I and well I can give you a few tips. I started dating after a 5 year engagement gone sour. So it was hard for me and depressing at first but was fun after. I worked out some times 2 times a day or at least 4 times a week.
I'm going to message you because I a have to write is a lot. But I applaud your Crossfit program. Do you and keep that mentality. I have this saying ever since i separated from my ex, "I'm a do me from now on. I'll eat what I want, exercise and make time for myself when I want, I will never sacrifice myself whether happiness, spoiling, and health for anyone. If they don't like me treating myself GREAT than how will they treat me that way."
In regards to taking a long time to lose weight, I totally get where you are coming from. I lost alot pretty fast, but have been bouncing within the same 10 pounds for almost three months now. I keep telling myself the slower I take it off the easier it is to keep off, but who knows if that's true. And my boyfriend LOVES to eat, so I get trying to eat healthy while dating. Good luck with Cross Fit! I tried it but I was too scared by all the heavy lifting. I'm weird in that I love to run so cardio is my best friend. I hope you've had success since posting this video! Okay enough with the exclamation points. :)
