I gained 3 pounds this week. So I walked yesterday and today. Made walk dates for this coming week. Need to stop night binges.

    You know what to do - just get right back at it! All you need to do is have more good days than bad days, and you'll see the results you really really want. Don't quit on yourself!

    I hate the gain weeks. You can stop the night binges. And that with the exercise you are planning the 3 pounds will be gone by next weigh in.
