Before I entered into college. I was active and was never over weight. I had tons of energy and was constantly eating healthy. Then when I went to college things started to change. I suffered from depression and kept gaining weight in the process. My major problem was finding the motivation to help myself get in shape. I realized I had a major problem when I would look at myself in the morrior and not like what I saw. Then I had favorite pants that would not button anymore. Now that I have managed to get my depression under control, I can finally put my foot down and start to get back in shape. I will start that by watching what I eat and exercise a lot more. I find it also useful to keep track of my progess. I pray and hope for successful results. Let the workout begin!
