1. Got 14-year-old picky eater to drink a green smoothie
2. worked out 1.5 hrs today
3. ate yummy stuff
Green smoothie: 1 cup grape juice, 2 kiwis, & a handful of spinach makes 2 servings.
Went to the gym and lifted upper body, then did TRX, followed by 30 min abs. Here's a pic of planks with TRX...insane!
I made a lovely chicken curry to dinner. I used Golden Curry for the sauce.
Chop 1 onion and 1 green pepper, and cut a pound of chicken into bite size bits. Brown them up in a bit of oil for 3 min. Add water, bring to boil, add 2 cubes of golden curry, reduce heat & simmer for 10 min. Serve over rice.
I haven't eaten all my calories today. Don't know if I have room after that curry!
