I lost 3.4 this week for a total of 28lbs!
I went out for 'drinks' with some friends this week, and I'm very proud I didn't have any wine, but I did have a few french fries with my mussels. And then I got violently ill. I think I have developed a shellfish allergy, which makes me very sad
Valentine's day was this week. I didn't buy anything at the store, and if there was candy at work in the staff room, I really think I could have resisted. But someone gave me my own valentine's day gift at work - and I ate it. (10 Hershey kisses)
I know that I'm lucky that I still lost this week, and I don't think that these cheats are ok. But stuff happens and you just have to move on and not let it derail your progress. This blog is mostly for me, a way to look back over my journey. I know it will take a long time to lose a lot of weight, but I am committed to getting it done!
