I was thinking about butterflies today. They are so beautiful and delicate. Not to mention the journey they go on to be healthy, they too pig out like crazy not because of the hustle and bustle of life but to become a more beautiful version of themselves. We often go through years of eating to much, and not thinking about what we are doing especially when some of us get married and have a family of our own. We tend to let ourselves go, but as we lose the weight and realize how special we are, we too our going through our little cocoon stage. We too will blossom into our own special little butterfly, we just got to keep at it and never give up. Believe in ourselves despite what is going on around us. Don't let slip ups make us want to give up. We owe it to ourselves more than anything else in the world.
So I am going to keep working on my inner butterfly, and I'm going to be that butterfly soon, may not be tomorrow, may not be next month, but will be soon. And as long as I see that light at the end of the tunnel, and realize I am worth every step... I will keep going, I will keep growing into the beautiful butterfly that I am. I have a question for all of my sparkfriends...if you got to choose what kind of butterfly you could be what would it be? I would be a an Australian Painted Lady
She is one of the more beautiful butterflies that I have come across on my search. But I do challenge you to find your inner butterfly, find your inner beauty... you will be much happier for it.
Also I am excited as I've mentioned in yesterday's blog, I finally got my treadmill. I absolutely love it. I have to watch my heart rate though, anything over 140 spells disaster for me so I have to pay attention. It's not the most fancy treadmill, but I hope it works for me as well as I would like it too. I even managed to get my new shoes today, even got 2 pairs for the price of one because they were on clearance and actually were buy one get one free at reebok. I was so thrilled. Well my photos wouldn't load, but I looked them up on line.
