Day 4 of no fries or chips. I did 4.91 miles,1397 calories burned and 12,352 steps.
I did a lot of cleaning and running around today and I hahe so much more to get to.
Yesterday I forgot to take my Fitbit to work with me and so I didn't track anything there and I was a bit on the lazy side anyway when I got home.
But I kept busy today and walked more with the dog. Tomorrow I am hoping to be busy again.
