Day 39, 40 & 41

Well I have been slacking on Sparkpeople lately. Been doing good with my eating and workout though! I am finally off work until this coming Friday. I start with the max interval workout on Monday... wish me luck! Tomorrow I will be able to be on Sparkpeople more!
