Day 55

Just got off of my second treadmill session of the day. The treadmill says I burned 304 calories this time around, but as advanced as this contraption is, I do not think it is sophisticated enough to sense that MAD air guitar I was doing at 5mph and at a 6% incline when the Smashing Pumpkins' "Zero" flashed up over the i-pod.

That's it for the week. I have exercised 378 minutes against a goal of 270 and burned 3519 calories against a goal of 1600. I am taking my boys to a hockey game now where we are going to have fun and I will eat 3 hot dogs, have a Guiness beer and STILL total up 1664 calories for the day (638 of which I exercised away today).
