Today we went south to walk with the Colorado River Walkers on the Trails of Western Oaks. The walk started out on the Arbor Trails which circles a business area with a Whole Foods, Chuey's, Wells Fargo Banks and too many more to mention. They had lots of nice landscaping. Their redbud trees are just beginning to bloom and I don't know what the other plant is called. It looks like my trumpet vine, but it was a bush not a vine.
The walk also included the Oak Hill Rotary Club Trail.
The Western Oaks Trail.
And the cement trail in Dick Nichols Park.
It was 40 degrees when we started and warmed up to 50 degrees in the two and a half hours we took to walk this.
