Was the title of today's SWEAT class. Surprisingly it was manageable. I was not dying by the end and was able to stay to bust a move for Zumba.
I had my regular partner and we plowed through:
jumping burpees #35
TRX jump squats
jumping jacks with sandbells #30
Knee ups #35
back peddaling with bands
kicks on the punching bag
squats with DB guess they wanted us to go light on those...#20 was the heaviest. I used it as a recovery station:)
Felt so much better and back into the groove. Got my new shoes, I am sure that helped too. Oh and some sleep...11 hours! It was awesome!
Wanted to get the pups out but it rained all day. So I made fruit salad instead.
kiwi, pineapple, oranges, grapes, grapefruit..thinking I'll use a fresh apple or banana when I eat it. I hate to add those now because of how brown they get.
Looking forward to relaxing tomorrow, cooking some good food and cleaning the house.
