OK - my first blog entry. I've lost 6 pounds so far and think Spark is keeping me honest. I look at exactly what I'm putting into my body, and how much I make it move.
Today I started Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp. This will not be a daily thing as I also go to the gym. I will use it for the days in between and keep moving daily.
My total goal is at least 45 pounds. Off to a good start, now keep it up!!
