Less cravings for carbs and sugar, today. Yippee!
Think I'm getting enough protein.
As for not knowing I'm hungry? It's because I feel so satiated from eating so nutritiuosly. I'm learning that I start feeling shakey inside and I then start getting irritable.
Need to figure out an eating schedule so I can keep track better.
Discovered I am measuring some of my food, anyway! LOL
Learning that I can tolerate dairy better w/ so much fiber.
Thank you BERRY for your ideas. I'm looking forward to trying almond butter on celery. Haven't done that in years!
Started an emotional eating thing; had butternut squash instead of junk food. Whew!
Weighed in: gained back the 2 oz I lost. Felt like I ate everything in the house (not true) and didn't move around much, pain level is still too high. :-(
Concern: Should I be washing all these veggies? De-molding them?
