Daily Inspiration!

Just crawled into bed to attempt a 20 minute power nap... it didn't seem to want to happen so I thought I'd write a quick blog before heading down to cook supper!
I used to be the 'oh ill start tomorrow' kind of girl, this morning I felt little stirrings of her as I crawled back into bed after dropping my husband off instead of going to the gym like I should have. While lying in bed I seem to have made myself sufficiently guilty to get up off my lazy arse and get moving and it was a great day!I ran 11.2km today, this is the farthest I have run in a long time....I'm wiped and don't want to move but I'm pretty happy with my progress...especially cause I was prepared to curl up in bed for the day!

I have a half marathon to do in 10 weeks and I think I'll be in pretty good shape for it! Might beat my best time of four years ago if I do it properly! In June I have two triathlons and rowing much to look forward to! I can no long wait until tomorrow...ill run out of time, I'm glad the motivation....or guilt.... is working hahah!
Anyway nothing to too important here today lol...just the tired achy ramblings of 'lil 'ol me!

    Hahaha... love the tomorrow definition. So much to look forward to. I know, I went back to bed this morning with a sore tummy and after a while decided I would feel better after a walk. It was wonderful. You ARE doing great.
