My bank was less than helpful today when I stopped there to get some info I needed for my taxes - wanted to charge me $144.00 since I am set up for online banking. She claimed that if I received paper statements, I would have the information. She gave me the run around about how difficult and time consuming it woiuld be to run a simple report. With persistance (and 45 min of time and NO FEE), I had her explain to me how to do it. Then she had the nerve to tell me how commited she was to better serving me, etc.!
Then I went to the office and (with no previous experience) had the report done in about 15 min!
I have started the process of switching banks and this is another nail in the coffin of this bank.
What's this world coming to?
