What a great week!!! I focused on portion control; peanut butter just once; no chocolates; and plenty of water. I mastered all, in spite of Valentine's Day and the box of chocolates just sitting in the ice box. Results, drum roll..................... 179. That's a drop of 4lbs. We did so well that we are not going to add to the focus group. Just continue to focus on healthy nutrition and mucho water. HOOAAA!!
