Wow. I wasn't looking forward to my gym's group challenge, but I didn't expect to hate it. Poorly organized, poorly executed, poorly concluded. I am drafting an email to the gym letting them know that they should retire this program (it had been retired for 6 years before this year).
I'm sore and wicked pissed.
Time for a shower and return to reality.
