Creating Meals my action task for the day

Today was asked to share some of my favorite plate meals on my blog for future reference.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Raisins, Nuts, some fresh fruit (or frozen depending on the season) with a glass of milk

Waffle with fresh fruit instead of syrup, turkey sausage baked not fried, and a glass of milk

Lunch: Spinach Salad with feta & parmesan cheese, triscuits, tuna or chicken, red rip tomato and russian dressing glass of water - nummy!!!

Tilapia (grilled), asparagus, fresh salad with balsamic vinegar (lettuce & tomatoes), long grain or brown rice

Dinner: 3 oz steak, baked potato with sour cream and scallions, black berries & fresh peas

Small Baked chicken breast with bread crumbs, italian green beans in balsamic vinegar with crushed red peppers, sliced grapples and a glass of milk

These are my favorites, I've done them in the past now I just have to keep doing them again and again... It's awesome that I like them!!!!
