14 days and counting.


1. Eat 3 or 4 pieces of fruit a day --- yes.... 14 days
2. Drink 6 to 8 Glasses of water ---- yes .... 14 days
3. Swim once this month ---- Yes done, may even go back this week---
4. Sort out Gym thing ---- Sorted out appointment for Friday----
5. Walk at least 5,000 steps each day. ---YES ... 14 days --one day 10,000 and one day 11,500

Still have to MAKe myself, but can see that it will get easier.

weight last week 67.9 this week 67.8..

not a lot but I did enjoy extras in the food department.
