14 days and counting.

1. Eat 3 or 4 pieces of fruit a day --- yes.... 14 days
2. Drink 6 to 8 Glasses of water ---- yes .... 14 days
3. Swim once this month ---- Yes done, may even go back this week---
4. Sort out Gym thing ---- Sorted out appointment for Friday----
5. Walk at least 5,000 steps each day. ---YES ... 14 days --one day 10,000 and one day 11,500

Still have to MAKe myself, but can see that it will get easier.

weight last week 67.9 this week 67.8..

not a lot but I did enjoy extras in the food department.

    It is all good steps for healthy living and even if it isnt showing as much as you would like on the scale, it counts for a lot in good choices for a healthy life emoticon
