Anyone else get frustrated with slow weight loss?? What have you done to blast throught the dreaded plateau?? I mean , I feel like I have all the knowledge and support right here on Spark People,,but I'd just like to hear from my fellow sparkers what worked for them individually??? what was your "ah ha" moment when everything starting syncing together for you?? I'm really hoping to get lots of responses to this blog,,I want to hear what different paths worked for everyone in this same situation,,,THANKS!! emoticon

    Don't forget to mix up your workouts and if you have been doing the same amount of time (ie 20 min workouts) even adding 5-10 more minutes (at one time or throughout the day) will boost you over the plateau!

    I wasn't losing and I figured out I wasn't eating enough fat. Once I ate enough and kept exercising 3 days a week.

    Don't eat too few calories or your body will go into starvation mode.

    Hope that helps some. It is not the answer for everyone. It might help.
