Very happy to say that I've lost 10 lbs since I started this new journey January 1st. I've had ups and downs already - I'm currently in a "low". I'm not tracking my food, and I've been eating out of control sometimes... and yet this morning when I weighed myself, I still weigh 216, my lowest and have not gained yet. So, that makes me happy. I think that when I was tracking, I was losing weight way too fast (below the recommended). Breastfeeding 2 young ones does have it's positives!!!
So, yet again, I will seek a middle ground... I will try not to binge, knowing that I haven't "blown it" and that I should keep on keeping on...
And I have had FOUR people notice that I've lost weight!!!!! So even though I've been in a slump... people are noticing ironically!
More motivation to keep going.
