I started the 90-day Rev Abs program and couldn't believe that I had to commit to something (preferable every day with a day off) for that long but I did it!! Here are my results. emoticon emoticon

Chest 43 --------------------- 39.4
Waist 38.7 ------------------- 33.6
Hips 45.6 ---------------------39.6
thigh 25.5 --------------------24.5
Total lost 16.5 inches.

Now to emoticon till my goal. Maybe I'll try Insanity next. Here's to being ambitious
