Checked into tennis lessons in my area. There is a great gym that offers an adult class for beginning tennis players. Unfortunately it's a little over the budget right now, so I am going to start saving for it and hopefully I can begin in the spring.
My new bucket list item is to learn Tai Chi. I just met a woman who teaches it at a local senior citizen club and I hope to start this week. She is in her 70's but has seen an improvement in her bone density since being involved with Tai Chi.
Oh, and one more item. I am taking the perfect push up challenge. I will begin Phase 1 of my preparation this afternoon.
