well now I have accomplished my day 5 streak of no mcds. today is my 6th. but iWILL resist.
we are eating a healthy lunch. ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoe, reduced fat sour cream, 1 serving of shredded cheese. very yummy taco salad without the chips.
I went for my walk today. walked 1.89 miles in 45 min while reading a good book and listening to david phelps. haha I would have never read before but I was introduced to a very good book heaven is for real. and of course who doesn't like david phelps.
I am getting ready to go to work and I feel I am ready for anything.
took my vitamins this morning. they are helping me in so many ways. with a healthy diet and exercise I am feeling great.
the sun is shining.
