30 Day Shred Challenge

As part of my weight loss I am going to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Challenge. I won't be doing it 30 days consecutively but I have never gotten farther than 19 days (due to a foot injury) so I am excited to finish this finally.

Chest 43.5
Arm 12
High Waist 34
Belly (Across Belly Button) 39
Hips 40
Thigh 24
