Well, I am back at it again! These challenges are so helpful on staying on task and moving forward with weight loss and fitness goals. Over the last few weeks, I have been very busy at work and have resorted to fast food and no exercise. UGH!! This usually translates into pounds gained and this is no different.
Enough with my excuses... because life will always have ups and down and we just need to adapt.
Since I have put on weight, I need to lose about 4 lbs. This may not sound like much for some people but nonetheless, it is no easier to lose. I am going to refocus and pay more attention to my food intake. Which by the way, I have done miserably today
However, on the plus side... I did go walk/run for 2 miles today. A little embarassing because I have done 5 half marathons over the last few years but again, I feel like my fitness level has hit rock bottom. I am also going to play doubles tennis this afternoon, so I hope through the exercising, I will find my old self again and start moving!!
