I'm getting a new book today called "Enjoying Every Sandwich, Living Each Day as Though it's your Last." I want to start doing that. Instead of waiting for weight loss to transform my life, I want to start now by enjoying and appreciating every minute I have. Finding pleasure in the small things that often go unnoticed. I've been trying to lose this weight for decades and haven't yet (emphasis on yet) succeeded, but I will one day. In the meantime, I don't want to waste the time that I have right in front of me.
Hoping that the book will give me practical ideas on how to accomplish this.
