Yesterday was pretty good. Got lots of water, had a great workout plus a few short bursts of exercise throughout the day to keep the blood pumping. For example, I walked a mile on my break at work and spent my lunch break doing sit ups and push ups. I have already burned 700 calories in body combat class this morning and am energized for a great day. Hope everyone else has a great day too!
