I hadn't blogged for almost a year -- mostly because I totally abandoned eating healthy for almost a year as well. I started on SP faithfully January 15, 2013 for the third time. I decided I would give it a month before I blogged in case I bombed again (that's stinkin' thinkin', I know). Thankfully, I made it to a month of consistently tracking my food here on SP. Not sure if I will reach my goal of 16 lbs by March 1st, but had I not made the goal, I might still be sitting on those 9 lbs lost so far! Just taking it one meal at a time.
