I love the new energy I have but I hate that I want to eat late at night. There has to be something I can do to not want that snack. I'm not hungry I'm just not engaging my mind, I eat out of boredom but I'm not tired enough to go to sleep. It's very frustrating. I'm going to try to spend a bit more time at the gym today than yesterday. Maybe I'll be more tired by this evening.
Also I don't really like breakfast time, because I'm just not hungry. Is it alright to just have a yogurt or fruit instead of a small breakfast or will this mess up my weight loss. by 10:30 or 11 I'm hungry though should I eat a snack or start my lunch early? I guess I'd just like to find out what might work for some of you. Any thoughts on this?
