I love the energy....But.

Saturday, February 16, 2013

I love the new energy I have but I hate that I want to eat late at night. There has to be something I can do to not want that snack. I'm not hungry I'm just not engaging my mind, I eat out of boredom but I'm not tired enough to go to sleep. It's very frustrating. I'm going to try to spend a bit more time at the gym today than yesterday. Maybe I'll be more tired by this evening.
Also I don't really like breakfast time, because I'm just not hungry. Is it alright to just have a yogurt or fruit instead of a small breakfast or will this mess up my weight loss. by 10:30 or 11 I'm hungry though should I eat a snack or start my lunch early? I guess I'd just like to find out what might work for some of you. Any thoughts on this?

I have found a shake with protein powder the most satisfying breakfast (I only get hungry on days I try to 'eat ' something for breakfast). As for late night snacking... You have to train yourself to go to bed. Try getting up 15 minutes earlier each day until you find the balance. I am definitely much more productive/less snacky in the a.m. than p.m.

I like this article for conditioning yourself to go to sleep earlier:

    Hope this helps!

I eat my breakfast in two smaller meals (a couple hours apart).
