Today, I am motivated to get moving. I did the video on Pilates for beginners-- um HARD, but I did it-- and get this I liked it. So much so, going for a walk and a drive to purchase a pilates video ( sorry cannot wait for the mail) . Today, keep your head up, do the best you can for this day and I will 'see' you all later. SMILES ARE FREE.
