Got a few ideas last night... next time Kevin and I eat at a buffet restaurant, if it has a salad bar I think I'm going to get a salad as my first course... if I can fill up on vegetables I think I'll be less tempted to eat a lot of the higher fat offerings on the buffet. Also with regards to P90x, I'm thinking of doing Plyo X twice a week, instead of Plyo X one day and Kenpo X the next... as much as I love Kenpo, I don't feel like I'm getting much of a workout from it anymore, so I'm going to explore that as an option. It's also be suggested to me that I try P90x 2, which I've looked at and kind of like, because it uses a stability ball. I have one and haven't used it for a while, so that would be a nice change, but the price is a little bit high for me right now.
