Today is boot camp day 6! Remember I took a few days off, I'm also going to try and get Insanity done, that or some other cardio. I thought about doing the 30 Day Shred, but I really think I'm going to stick with Insanity. I just have to commit myself more. I've learned a few things, I don't like to workout when my husband is home. I don't know why but unless he is asleep or at work I can't do it. This probably why I don't have a gym membership, if I can't stand for my own husband to watch me, how can strangers see me!

I'm still focusing on logging food more than making sure my choices are all good. Like I said before NO BEING HARD ON MYSELF!!!
