I had a brilliant idea yesterday to do a 20 minutes high intensity interval workout after 2 weeks of sick break. I really don't know what I was thinking. Just about everything hurts right now.

But I guess it will get better. I kind of missed this feeling.

Just a little bit, but I did miss it. The feeling that you know you pushed as far as you could.
Anyway, another weekend. I kind of started to hate weekends. It just disrupts my routine.

Don't get me wrong, I like to relax and do nothing. But I also like my routine. I finaly went to get new glasses today. I broke them about a month ago in a snowfight.

So I was just a bit "blind" for a while until I got contacts. It was really fun. I went with my mum and my aunt, kind of a little shopping roadtrip.
I hope I'll get some alone time today to workout. I have to do some light cardio and then really stretch.

But not really too light. I have to get back on track. I'm not sure what my scale will say on monday morning. I really think I should move my weight-in day to friday... I usually don't workout as much during weekend and then I just feel bad... We'll see on monday. That will be my official re-start weight so I'm kind of nervous.
